Höveler Prachthafer

Premium-class oats.

For our Prachthafer we solely use carefully selected foreign oats which have been milled and double cleaned. About 30 % of the Prachthafer consists of excellent high quality black oats.

An outstanding feature of this oat mix, that has proven itself many times, is its high starch digestion in the small intestines (> 80 %). Another big advantage is the high level of unsaturated fatty acids and mucilage. Both combined have a very positive effect on the digestive process.

The crushed Prachthafer is especially beneficial for hasty eaters, for horses with not yet fully developed teeth (young horses up to 3,5 years) or tooth damage in general. To improve the hygienic quality Prachthafer has been double cleaned. This way the natural microbial cover and possible health risks for the horse can be reduced considerably.
