1.1.5.3 USE OF DATA WITHIN THE AGRAVIS RAIFFEISEN AG GROUP

In order to provide you with the best possible service, we occasionally exchange data within the AGRAVIS Group. We ensure that all applicable data protection laws are complied with and that your personal data is appropriately protected at all times. To ensure compliance with data protection requirements throughout the AGRAVIS RAIFFEISEN AG Group, we have implemented appropriate measures. We have concluded agreements with our subsidiaries to ensure that personal data exchanged within the Group remains protected at all times. In accordance with these agreements and applicable data protection laws, we transfer personal data to our production and sales subsidiaries only for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. We support our subsidiaries operationally and with the implementation of the same technical and organizational measures that we apply within the parent company to ensure the security of your personal data. Where possible, your data is protected through pseudonymization or anonymization measures. If subsidiaries are located outside the EEA, we implement appropriate safeguards to ensure that personal data processed there is protected to the same standard as within the EEA.

Auf unserer Webseite bieten wir Ihnen die Möglichkeit, bestimmte Eingaben in Adressformularen unseres Webshops in Echtzeit auf Eingabefehler zu überprüfen. Wir überprüfen alle unsere Dienstleister regelmäßig auf die Einhaltung unserer Vorgaben.

1.1.5.3 DATENNUTZUNG INNERHALB DES AGRAVIS RAIFFEISEN AG KONZERNS 
 Um Ihnen den bestmöglichen Service anbieten zu können, tauschen wir gelegentlich Daten innerhalb des Konzerns aus. 1.1.5.4 DATENVERARBEITUNG ZUR DURCHFÜHRUNG DES GEWINNSPIELS 

Im Falle eines Gewinns können die zur Gewinnabwicklung erforderlichen personenbezogenen Daten (z. B. Name, Kontaktdaten, Anschrift) an Kooperationspartner und Dienstleister weitergegeben werden, soweit dies zur Durchführung und Abwicklung des Gewinnspiels erforderlich ist. Hierzu können insbesondere ClipMyHorse.TV, das Deutsche Olympiade-Komitee für Reiterei (DOKR), Ingrid Klimke, das für den Gewinnaufenthalt zuständige Hotel sowie weitere in die Gewinnabwicklung eingebundene Dienstleister gehören. Die Daten werden ausschließlich für die Durchführung und Abwicklung des Gewinnspiels verarbeitet und nur im hierfür erforderlichen Umfang übermittelt.



1.1.6 SIND SIE VERPFLICHTET, UNS PERSONENBEZOGENE DATEN ZUR VERFÜGUNG ZU STELLEN? 

Im Kontext der Geschäftsbeziehung zwischen Ihnen und EQUOVIS benötigen wir von Ihnen folgende Kategorien personenbezogener Daten: 
  • alle notwendigen Daten für die Aufnahme und die Durchführung einer Geschäftsbeziehung; 
  • Daten, die zur Erfüllung von vertraglichen Pflichten benötigt werden;

Ohne diese Daten ist es uns nicht möglich, Verträge mit Ihnen einzugehen oder durchzuführen. 

1.1.7 LÖSCHFRISTEN 

Gemäß den geltenden Datenschutzbestimmungen speichern wir Ihre personenbezogenen Daten nicht länger, als wir sie für die Zwecke der jeweiligen Verarbeitung benötigen. Sofern die Daten nicht mehr zur Erfüllung vertraglicher oder gesetzlicher Pflichten benötigt werden, werden sie von uns regelmäßig gelöscht, außer, ihre befristete Aufbewahrung ist weiter notwendig. 
Folgende Gründe können für eine weitere Aufbewahrung vorliegen: 
  • Es müssen handels- bzw. steuerrechtliche Aufbewahrungspflichten eingehalten werden: Die Fristen zur Aufbewahrung vorrangig nach den Regelungen des Handelsgesetzbuches und der Abgabenordnung liegen bei bis zu 10 Jahren. 
  • Zum Erhalt von Beweismitteln im Falle rechtlicher Streitigkeiten im Rahmen der gesetzlichen Verjährungsvorschriften: Verjährungsfristen können im Zivilrecht bis zu 30 Jahre betragen, wobei die regelmäßige Verjährung nach drei Jahren eintritt.

In order to provide you with the best possible service, we occasionally exchange data within the group of companies. For this reason, we have implemented appropriate measures to ensure compliance with data protection requirements throughout the AGRAVIS RAIFFEISEN AG Group. We have concluded agreements with the individual subsidiaries to ensure that personal data exchanged within the group remains protected at all times.
In accordance with these agreements and applicable data protection law, we only transfer personal data to our production and sales subsidiaries for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. We support our subsidiaries both operationally and in implementing the same technical and organizational measures that we use within the parent company to ensure the security of your personal data.

In the event of a prize win, the personal data required for prize fulfilment and administration (e.g. name, contact details, postal address) may be shared with cooperation partners and service providers to the extent necessary for the organization and execution of the giveaway.
